&FOMORIANS When Lucifer was kicked out of heaven, his wings slowly turned black. His mind became poisoned by his rage. Those that followed him were affected too. As the years passed on, they realized that their numbers were too few to really make a difference. So the angels that had followed Lucifer attacked human women and raped them. Impregnating them with their spawn. The hybrids soon began to grow in numbers. But their humanity was at war with the Fomorian blood. Their teeth enlongated slightly, and they began the habit of feasting on blood to satisfy their demonic urges.
They resemble human societies vampires with their pale skin and slightly reddened eyes after feeding. Their hair is usually worn long and either loose or pulled into a ponytail. The Fomorians' most distinctive features are their slight madness, and their huge dark wings that range in color from dark purple, navy blue, to black. Full blooded Fomorians are also infertile.
Most Fomorians dislike sunlight as it weakens them severely. Religious words are also a ward against full blooded Fomorians or those who have forsaken their humanity.
Terms to Know
The War of Dark and Light - the battle between Lucifer and Micheal, the Pure of Heart, where Micheal supposedly 'killed' Lucifer leaving the Fomorians to fend for themselves.
HalfBreed - also called hybrids, these are Fomorians who have the blood of both mortal and Fomorian in them. They carry a disease in their blood that makes them go mad due to human blood and fomorian blood fighting for dominance.
Elders - the only Full Blooded Fomorians left. They are very old and quick to judge. Are usually bad tempered.
Mate - basically a soulmate. Fomorians usually find their mate after dreaming about them for years on end. So true mates are rare.

&FENESTRA In Human society, when we think of soul screamers or Fenestra, we usually think of Banshees. Ghastly women who follow after funeral processions wailing. But this isn't true. There are two types of Fenestra. You have the Sangre and then you have Soul Screamers.
The Sangre are true Fenestra. Usually female, and passed down from family member to family member. Male Sangre are very rare and no one is sure that they even exist. But there is something called a Protector. Male Sangre, who dream about their Fenestra once the child is born. They can usually sense the Fenestra's presence and their emotions. Fenestras serve as a window for a dying soul to pass through into SummerLand. It can be a terrifying experence especially as children. As children small animals and insects find their way to the child and die, but once the Fenestra reaches age 16 does their 'window' fully open. If they are not prepared, a human soul can drag the Fenestra with them. Fenestras usually live to age 106.
The other type of Fenestra is a bean sidhe, a banshee, or more accurately, a soul screamer. These are sort of what we think when we hear the word Banshee. Though these women are normal people, not scary nymphs in a white or gray flowy gown with long hair. They literally scream when someone nearby is about to die. Male Bean Sidhes exist but they do not scream when someone is about to die. Their main power is the ability to place a soul back into a body. However this is dangerous as Grim Reapers dislike Bean Sidhes who interfere with their work. They can also calm a female bean sidhe, and are the only ones who hear the beauty behind the scream.

&SIDHE No they aren't tiny little creatures with small translucent wings. These are human or childsized creatures with extrodinary looks. Some have wings, some don't. Others have tusks or lion looking manes, tails and ears. The look of the Sidhe changes with each individual. They can shift between a Fae form (their natural state) or a human form called a glamour. Most adults are tall and lean except for maybe a few warriors whos shoulders are too wide to fit through most doorways. They cannot stand Iron as it makes them very ill.
